Purchasing & Transaction Methods
We encourage credit card purchasing through our secure website sales platform or directly through PayPal. This payment method will be especially helpful for our out of town customers and enables us to expedite the shipping process. Additional payment options include mail in payments in the form of check or money order, or a telephone sale. Customer's may call us at 406-449-GOLD (4653) and purchase an item and provide credit card information over the phone. Our sales staff are equipped to immediately and securely process the transaction.
Diamond Dream Wholesale & Supply does not keep credit card information on file or in any databases. We may obtain personally identifiable information to utilize for receipt and contact purposes. However, we only
gather personally identifiable information, such as names, addresses,
telephone numbers, and e-mail addresses, when a customer purchases an item and/or participates in our diamond education. This personal information is simply preliminary, we do not ask for dates of birth, social security numbers, or drivers license numbers. Personal information we gather from on-line visitors, is used
solely by Diamond Dream Wholesale & Supply and is not sold or provided to any third parties with the exception of jewelers insurance upon inquiry or request by the customer in seeking an insurance quote.
We offer insurance through Jewelers Mutual Insurance Company. Utilizing this company's insurance has several benefits to the customer. First, Jewelers Mutual does not require our clients to pay $150 for an appraisal; instead the company uses the customer's sales receipt to collect necessary data for creating an insurance quote and policy. Secondly, Jewelers Mutual does not increase a policy holders premium until after the first few claims. This means that clients can save money by not issuing claims through homeowners or renters insurance when they need a repair or lose an item. Jewelers Mutual Insurances saves our clients time and money but is only a service we facilitate; it is not a mandatory service.
Company Shipping Policies
We provide free shipping to be held for customer pickup at all FedEx Shipping Center locations. This does not include FedEx Ship and Print locations as many are privately owned and can charge extra fees. We exclusively ship via FedEx and all of our packages include insurance for your peace of mind. We can accommodate most shipping arrangements upon request, however there will be an additional cost associated with other methods of shipping via customer request. Estate Jewelry Sales
Estate jewelry is used jewelry. All items are handpicked and are of fine quality. All pieces go through a refurbishing process and are cleaned and polished to look like new. We can also engrave items for a special customization feature and we can set center diamonds or gemstones for semi-mount rings. These services will be an additional cost; if interested, please call with requests. All estate items are sold, "As Is," but we do honor a 7 day return policy unless item is customized by engraving, design alterations, stone setting, or work/re-sizing performed by another jeweler.
We will accept returns for up to 7 days after the customer receives their item, however customers will be responsible for return shipping costs. Returns are accepted and will result in a full refund of the purchase unless the item has been customized by engraving, design alterations, stone setting, or work/re-sized performed by another jeweler. We want all of our clients to be satisfied with their purchases.
